We Are JPEO

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND) manages our nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures.

The JPEO-CBRND leads, manages, and directs the acquisition, fielding and sustainment of CBRN sensors, protective equipment, medical countermeasures, information management systems, defense enabling biotechnologies, and specialized equipment for U.S. Special Forces.
